I’m not saying this is what happened but there is far more evidence to suggest this occurred than Dalton EATHERLY not provoking him…but given Dalton’s track record, I’d bet he provoked him. But this is all speculation.
They have video surveillance that no one has seen and probably won’t until trial or unless it’s leaked. I don’t think law enforcement and the judge would have listed all these charges and high bond if they didn’t see something substantial in that video.
