We're working on a charge back. One of the sponsors of the event put so much money into this as a small business I hope she gets EVERY cent back. This poor business woman. This event was promoted by Mattel, and in their official emails AND website. With major sponsors.

It's so wild how many people have reshared and commented on this video saying we deserved to be scammed because we spent $250. I work nearly 7 days a week between a full time job and fostering cats. I want a little treat 😂😂 we were promised a ton for that $250.

@Koomasters So. Bit of context. We paid $250 as an all inclusive pass for all events, movie, workshops, priority lines, and exclusice merchandise and swag .about the same as most comic cons etc. It was a special treat for us. Day passes were much cheaper. It was promoted by MATTEL.

How do people keep getting suckered into these things? 😅 Like, this may be acceptable crammed into a child's backyard birthday party or something. But a giant warehouse like this, charging $250 for entrance? Like, c'mon. The fraud is real.

Con has been great. Not naming event because staff and all attendees have been wonderful. Ryan and Oliver were AMAZING. Being told that our bunny suits were too low cut was peculiar. Our bottoms were fine??? The bunny ears were a no??? But now it looks like im pantsless. 😂
