I struggled to find one positive comment on this tweet. The customer is over it. Even free bags seem to have lost its luster at this point. Fix the company now. Treat pax and employees right. Offer transparency and take ownership of mistakes. Time for new leadership.

@Weltrettung69 Medical refers to the passengers. If someone had a heart attack in a car, you can get to a hospital quickly. In an airplane you cannot. Sometimes you’re not even close to an airport. As for FA’s, it depends on what portion of the flight they’re in, sometimes not covered at all
