@christamcevoy @TAKEALOT Agreed.... I believe Takealot know this and it is why they have removed the ability to make comments regarding delivery in product reviews (I think that delivery comments are especially important to bulky items)

@TAKEALOT service delivery is starting to fail quite badly. Since December we've had more than one incorrect delivery. And paying client has to wait until incorrect was collected & credited and then only will they schedule new delivery. Happening tóó often now. Ridicilously bad!

@TAKEALOT @TAKEALOT Two of my reviews were rejected, yet the issue is simple: a Dell WD19S dock sold as NEW, R3400.00 arrived with greasy marks and scuffed ports. That’s not new. I logged a return. Take ownership of quality control and stop blocking honest, product reviews.

Hey uh @TAKEALOT why’d I have to go check my order to find out I’m now to expect delivery almost a week later than initially indicated? I get that y’all are waiting on stock but surely there should’ve been an email or a notification to tell me about this? Supposing I didn’t check then I take a day off so I can be home for the delivery and it’s the wrong day?

@TAKEALOT A ticket was raised by Takealot, which I responded to. My suggestion was deliver the goods yesterday or refund my TakealotMore subscription for this month. No response. I will give it a few days and if no response, I am going to log a return for the order (bulky item)

@TAKEALOT Sorry having some DM issues, but I am the account holder. I tried to submit a ticket yesterday but there was a system problem so I phoned. I was informed that no drivers were available... Not surprised, Centurian is 45Kms from my home, Kya Sands is less than 5Kms!

I order items on Monday which are all in stock in Jhb. You advise me that delivery will be Thursday. I check at 6am today and items going to Kempton Park. Now you reschedule for tomorrow? Im a TakealotMore customer. The goods are now in Centurian... I live 3 Kms from Kya Sands?

@MrD_SouthAfrica Hi, can I suggest an upgrade to your application. Change things such that delivery drivers who deliberately turn off their data so that you cannot track your delivery DONOT NOT receive their tip! I can't actually remember the last time delivery tracking worked!
