Trillanes just created a loophole, a justiciable controversy, and grounds to further dismantle ICC due to its failure to respect sovereign rights of the Philippines as it no longer under its jurisdiction. I just hope that PRRD's new lawyer will consider and cite this incident.

Enrile, De Lima, Trillanes - all had warrants of arrest from a Philippine court. What Trillanes and Matibag is flaunting is a court from a foreign entity which doesn’t have jurisdictiom to anyone unless it gets reviewed and approved by a local Philippine court.
