Still, you came out in casual clothes pretending to “live like the common man” while going to work. Now people will obviously troll and mock this performative drama. Symbolic optics and photo-op activism may work for headlines, but they rarely convince the public anymore. People expect honesty and real action, not carefully staged simplicity designed for cameras and social media applause.

Inspired by PM Narendra Modi ji’s call for fuel conservation, I have started using a bicycle for all work within a 5-7 km radius from my home. It is a small personal step towards saving petrol and diesel, while also embracing a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes, meaningful change begins with simple choices.
