@JoshHall2024 Of Course, because she got a lot of money from her father big wealth after he became president, that is why I don’t trust politicians.

🚨BREAKING:🚨SASHA OBAMA, DAUGHTER OF FORMER PRESIDENT, SEEN WEARING MAGA HAT - The daughter of DISGRACED former President Barack Obama was reportedly seen in a Washington DC restaurant this morning wearing a red "Make America Great Again" baseball cap. When asked by a passer-by about the pro-Trump attire, Sasha Obama allegedly replied with a strong DENOUNCEMENT of her father's presidency and stated that she is "a registered Republican who proudly voted for and stands with President Trump". "My father nearly destroyed this country and President Trump is still trying to clean up his mess", the next generation Obama told the curious gentleman who questioned her about her hat. When asked if she believed she was betraying her dad, she is said to have replied, "As I've gotten older, I've realized that I am my own woman and can make up my own mind. Trump was right about everything". She then walked out of the restaurant donning her MAGA cap with a big smile on her face. Do YOU agree with Sasha Obama that her father was A DISASTROUS PRESIDENT and that President Trump is SAVING AMERICA from his UNPRECEDENTED DESTRUCTION of our country?

@flint966_b @YouTube The Judge touched my heart when he was asking the questions, I was in tears because they were my fundamental questions that I have been trying to find answer for them for 11 years, God Bless Ninth Circuit Honorable Judge Stephen Higginson

@criticalrvw @YouTube @grok Thank you for the comment, It's Currently waiting Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Decision, in the mean while I have to find trial attorney for possible mediation.

@Liqui_Sniper @YouTube Thank you for the comment, I put the clip together my self - I have many more clips, each one of them proof that they stereo typed me because of my name and my color.
English

@AtefBandary @YouTube Good on ya for sharing this, mate. Such an important issue about fairness in travel. Did you find the clip or put it together yourself? Cheers!

@3horzes1dog @Replicant7777 @YouTube I understand that many people cooperate with questioning and respect the law.
The issue raised during oral argument was not whether security exists, but whether ordinary behavior and appearance were unfairly interpreted as suspicious because of stereotypes or bias.

@Replicant7777 @AtefBandary @YouTube My one friend fits all the profiles. He is a US citizen (30 yrs) and is proud of that. He gets questioned, he just goes with the flow because he respects our country and laws 🤷🏼♂️
He does carry several forms of ID

I understand that safety and compliance during flights are important.
But people are still allowed to question whether they were treated fairly or targeted based on stereotypes or appearance.
That is one of the issues raised during my case and even discussed during oral argument before the Ninth Circuit.
English

@AtefBandary @YouTube If they tell you to get off the plane, get off the fucking plane.. I don't care what color you are, or if you feel someone targeted you.. just move off the plane!!!
English

@Replicant7777 @3horzes1dog @YouTube Security matters, and I never argued otherwise.
The question is whether innocent behavior was interpreted as suspicious because of stereotypes or appearance.
Even a Ninth Circuit judge asked during oral argument whether discrimination played a role.
English

@3horzes1dog @AtefBandary @YouTube Fighting law enforcement is pointless and causes others inconvenience. It can also be a security issue if you distract someone involved in airport security.
English

@TwitturdicusMax @YouTube Using racial slurs only reinforces the point that bias and discrimination still exist.
I will continue speaking respectfully and focusing on facts, fairness, and accountability.

Of Course I would stand by him, he is a brave man who really care about Americans, I would vote for him as a president, I am tired of being stock with the previous presidents coming back, we need to give a chance to new people with new ideas so we can move forward as a country. He touched my heart when he was telling the soldiers of their rights of not following illegal order, That I was thinking of my self and I am sure every one thought the same way, But Mr. Kelly was the one who had the courage and said it loud reminding our soldiers.

Do you think looking at passengers and walking to the restroom on a flight is “suspicious”?
A- Yes
B- No
Please click the link below to hear a Ninth Circuit judge questioning Delta during my oral argument in Case No. 24-7204, Bandary v. Delta Air Lines, on April 23, 2026. I was represented by Natasha Khan and the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic at Georgetown Law School.
When the judge asked that question, it touched my heart deeply. For 11 years, I have been asking myself:
Why was I considered suspicious?
Was it because I had dark hair and dark skin?
Was looking at passengers and walking to the restroom really enough to label me as suspicious, falsely prosecute me, and turn my life upside down for more than a decade?
I lost my home, my savings, and years of peace fighting to clear my name.
