Fellow anxious people. We spend a lot of time worrying about scary ‘what ifs’ What if I fail, what if they hate me, what if I never.. etc ‘What if’ we tried to convert those ‘what if’s’ into positive what ifs? What if I succeed? What if I’m loved? What if I get to.. etc Maybe?

@secretlabchairs are abysmal!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. When you spend hundred of pounds, I would like to think you would receive quality service. Just embarrassing.

This Last year I've really enjoyed getting into SimRacing. Met some amazing people and had a blast learning. This is how the last 8 week season finished in ACC. 50 entries split in to 3 classes. We took P1 in Pro. Thx to all that have been enjoying the journey.

.. @secretlabchairs Still no chair. Promised today, no update, no contact to say it’s delayed yet again. Nothing. I am shocked by the appalling customer services. If you can’t Handle the volume of orders, stop taking them! Pure greed, letting down customer experience. Be warned!

Just found out it’s going to be another week. No email, no ‘sorry it’s been delayed’ nothing. Not a sausage. If I hadn’t chased, I would know nothing. Luxury in the front, budget customer service in the back. Such a shame. There is never an excuse for poor customer service. 2/2

So disappointed with @secretlabchairs Ordered my chair in May. 2 month wait on delivery, understandable due to covid. But the lack of contact and customer service is abysmal. Not a single message. I’ve had to painfully chase for updates twice. Delivery promised for tomorrow..1/2
