When you spend hundred of pounds, I would like to think you would receive quality service. Just embarrassing.

.. @secretlabchairs Still no chair. Promised today, no update, no contact to say it’s delayed yet again. Nothing. I am shocked by the appalling customer services. If you can’t Handle the volume of orders, stop taking them! Pure greed, letting down customer experience. Be warned!

So disappointed with @secretlabchairs
Ordered my chair in May. 2 month wait on delivery, understandable due to covid. But the lack of contact and customer service is abysmal. Not a single message. I’ve had to painfully chase for updates twice. Delivery promised for tomorrow..1/2
