We have to get the young @GlosRugby_Acad players to ustand bracing, catching, carrying, holding external loads in different shapes. This takes time, and repetition, to grow efficiency and confidence in the movements. Spend time getting this part right.

In recent weeks we have asked the young lads in the @GlosRugby_Acad to try Koala Carries and 'loaded' Bear Crawl positions. All lads progress at different rates, and are better at certain movements. 2 lads managed this tonight, great piece of work from both of them.
