What a great season of F.Baseball it’s been I hope everyone is settling into the new year well.

I have not been on the ball for the season 9 FCB. For this I’m terribly sorry. Between work and trying to be a better on air commentator I got caught up in it all. I will try to be an active and driving force in the season 9 MLR. Chet is back baby!

The f. Orioles have snapped their winless season in style with a stellar double play and a gem pitched by Wally and Parker! The battle of fowls might just leave f.STL fallen from the nest as the orange “Birbs” take flight!#mlr @OriolesMLR

Big news in the f.Orioles office as Troy-Anthony Parker becomes the new captain of the O’s squad. Filling out the last Captain spot for the team. TAP a rookie stated “I’m very honored to be viewed as a valued player in this club house and I hope to gain the respect of my peers.”

As the first games of the season wind down. It’s interesting to see how the teams shake out. I know the club houses are buzzing but the league as a whole has quieted down.

Things have been quiet around the league. As we wait for spring training to finish a lot of the league is still buzzing about robo umps now being official. I spoke with officials as well as took a few at bats myself (I stunk). I believe the system will work and look forward to S8

Looking to discuss winners and losers of the draft. And address power rankings going into season 8. Who do you have as the number 1 team?

Troy-Anthony Parker has a stellar 4.0IP performance. 9 strike outs with only surrendering 1 earned run. He was in the zone and pitching near flawless. Congrats on a stunning spring training debut. I think he proved a lot of doubters wrong about where he was drafted.

Spring training starts tomorrow. Let’s see how a lot of these rookies play with the vets. There is a lot of unknowns here. Clubhouses are buzzing and rivalries are being made. Some players are looking to prove to teams they messed up by skipping them. Story lines start now!

Todays draft has been amazing. The first round was huge! The second round had some big sleeper picks and as we continue into the third round it’s been all gas no breaks. Congrats to all the players as they enter their new club houses.
