Last week, the Pearl Cleage & Zaron Burnett Center came alive as Simone Webster took the stage with her powerful one-woman show, blending storytelling and musical medleys for a sold-out evening. Events like this are just one example of what’s possible in our space!

EVOKE: A Listening Party held @oaklandcemetery was a spectacular night of stories written, voiced, and visually amplified by notable Atlantans. Part podcast, exhibit, and old school mix-tape, it featured storytellers, authors, artists, live readings, and a DJ.

The City of Atlanta & The Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs is thrilled to announce the next phase of artists selected for our Bridges, Tunnels & Walls – Bond 2.0 public art project — a major part of Atlanta’s creative welcome to the world ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup!

This Native American Heritage Month, OCA honors the rich artistic and cultural traditions of Indigenous communities whose culture and resilience continue to shape our city and our nation.

Students from Drew Charter, Frederick Douglass, Benjamin E. Mays, and South Atlanta High Schools stepped into the world of “The Glass Menagerie” for an unforgettable CEP experience. Huge thanks to our partners at Theatrical Outfit for helping us bring learning to life!

MENTAL has officially wrapped at Gallery 72. A huge thanks to Inceptr and all the participating artists and panelists for bringing diverse perspectives that highlighted the impact of the arts on mental health. We’re excited to continue exploring how art can support well-being!
