Today, two members of our academy got promoted in the Daytona Beach Police Explorers Program! Congratulations to Rodricka for earning her position as Captain and Nate as Sergeant!

Yesterday, the Freshman went on a field trip to Keiser University where they spoke to many different departments of criminal justice, saw a K-9 demonstration, and learned more about volunteer work within criminal justice units!

Thank you to the Major Case Homicide Detectives who came in to teach us about their field and cases they have worked on. Being in such a major unit these two detectives are very busy, so we are lucky and extremely grateful to have heard from them!
