In order to get to the D1 level, you have to be a prospect who's hungry, not a guy that just wants something to eat. (Examples of a prospect who's hungry) 1. You don't have to tell him to get extra work. He finds a way to get it done. 2. He gets it done in the classroom. 3. He's a leader. 4. He doesn't have to be told to practice hard. 5. He holds himself and his teammates accountable. (Examples of a prospect who just wants to eat) 1. You have to ask him to get extra work. 2. Does just enough to get by in the classroom. 3. He has to be constantly pushed to maximize his effort. 4. Goes thru the motions during practice and workouts. 5. He's not dependable
