You are assuming that "person" and "being" mean the same thing. They don't.
Christianity teaches one divine being that eternally exists as three persons who share the same undivided essence.
Since the divine essence is eternal, infinite, and indivisible, it cannot be multiplied. That means there cannot be three Gods. There is one God who exists personally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
