I sold my distillery back in December, not realizing the buyer was already being sued for fraud by multiple parties. A few months later, the court orders him to turn over the shares to @browardsheriff to be auctioned. It’s not great for me since I’ll probably lose some of the owner financing I gave him, but there’s actually a shot to regroup with new investors and take it back. There’s a universe where I reacquire the distillery for $1. What should I do?
