Finca Cuevitas is a 19.5-hectare farm planted with Pacas and San Ramón varieties. Washed Cuevitas just landed this week from Huehuetenango, Guatemala's Vides 58, with notes of raisin, cherry, grape, chocolate, vanilla, medium body, and berry-like acidity. atlascoffee.com/coffees/vides-…
