Wars, crime, poverty, addictions reduce human output and it contributes to human misery, I want to create a contract or a document that will stops all wars for the next 4,000 years and the final document will be presented to all heads of states, political figures, religious dignitaries, stateless actors, organizations, gangs, incarcerated individuals and common men. If anyone is not happy with 4,000 years of Peace, Prosperity, increased human productivity, a life lived well, then we can go back to our current system of wars, crime, poverty and addictions.
