Thanks for asking. First know things are going to be not just ok but better. Know that you are the one that shapes your future. The future does not shape you. Understand no one has their act together. No one. Everyone at the top just has, maybe brought some time with money. But money will become meaningless more rapidly than anyone thought. So you super power is in your flexibility and your quick reactions. See starting out means you have nothing to lose, no investments in the way things were done. However respect and know how things were done. Know that those foundations were built in a time when that was all they had. On any journey you need a map and a compass, you already know you need this because you too the time to think to ask and most importantly you asked. Most at your age won’t. So the map is the folks from the past that walked the journey alone. They will tell you of the topography of the new lands. They help you build a map to the unknown. They will also give you your compass, that is your heart and soul. Today you say in words and deeds what you WILL NOT DO to be “successful”. Please take this as the most important point I make because look around you. The empty shells of people you see, too many never made this claim to thier soul. And the soul left the too long ago. What was taken from you, reclaim. This was your childlike curiosity of this world. Keep seeing it as new. Keep saying what if? Keep playing with your ideas and form a shelter about the young ones so many will try to blow their flame out. This means the hardest thing. Stop hanging around with those that can’t see greatness in this world. It is a cult. A cult of self hating and they spread this on to anything that is beautiful. Your flames will light your way. And even in this darkness of what is next, a single match of a flame is enough to push back the darkness and give you a few dim feet of light. And that light will get bright if you let it. How? Never stop being curious, say “how did this get invented?”, “how does this work?” And you will soon learn it was because of someone just like you. Someone just like you changed the world and will do it again. Even if it is the person that made the choice to put the “P” next to the “o” on the keyboard I am using to type this. That one choice, and it was not so typewriter keys don’t get stuck, that one choice changed the very word choices we use, even the names we use for babies. It maybe small and that alone did not make that person known or wealthy, but you get to see, someone just like you left small marks in you and me. And this is the lesson. We can only hope and pray we can leave this place better than we found it. That is your goal and “money” and “success” will chase after you, like the next breath in your lungs. And finally use the tools you have at hand, I use computers and AI to magnify your abilities. Know them, know how they hurt and heal and build with them. With just this you will become more successful than not knowing this. You got this. And you are not alone. We are out there. To find us, look for the light in the darkness, you have a place by our fire. Thank you for asking. Deep gratitude.
