In conclusion, GLITCH has not only stolen from Gooseworx, but from many other creators as well. I think Gooseworx should sue Glitch and the creator of TADC, Dana Terrace on behalf of herself, Orbeez, and Spy vs. Spy.

That's not all! GLITCH has also LAZILY REUSED characters as well! They didn't even make any effort to hide the fact that they took from Orbeez and made them RED to create EVIL ORBSMAN in episode 5

Not to mention, Glitch has also stolen from WELL KNOWN TOYS as well. Orbsman, who appears in episode 4, is CLEARLY derived from the popular toy, blue orbeez

Not only that, the SCENES are FUNCTIONALLY THE SAME. Tell me these two scenes are not just blatant copies of the other down to the MUSIC and PREMISE.

It's not just the characters, it's the environment too. When Elain gets sucked into a black hole by the teeth man, the pillars are a VERY similar design to the abstracted. It's almost as if GLITCH is not even trying at this point

Let's start with the characters. Gooseworx is well known for creating the Elain series and GLITCH saw this as an opportunity to STEAL from two of main characters to create the protagonist and the antagonist of GLITCH'S Digital Circus
