Better performance from @granthamtownfc To keep the league leaders to a nil again is a good effort. Thought the draw a fair result as neither team did enough to win it. Cancelled each other out. Our midfield the weak link today, way to slow on the ball. Decent point?
@RetroGTFC@granthamtownfc tbh i think if they had continued with playing football instead of gamesmanship (cheating) with fake head injuries they would be in the next round
@granthamtownfc were poor today, we got lucky, missed Wrighty & ref was awful. BUT, the lads battled hard 2nd half & somehow found a way, as decent teams can do. It was not a red card but dug in & got a great win. Steggs MOTM. Do we dare to dream.... ❤️
If Spurs get into the Champions League by winning the Club Conference Sunday Juniors final, or whatever it is called, & finish 17th in their home league, yet a team who finish 6th/7th in the same league don't....???????

We are thrilled to announce the signing of right sided defender Ryan Ebanks.
The energetic full back who has also operated higher up on the right hand side has great defensive abilities whilst also providing a lot of support to those in front of him.

So, thinking about next season already, I think it is crucial for @granthamtownfc to get the right manager. Arnold was not. My top five would be 1. Stevo, 2. Tom Ward, 3. Elliot Sandy, 4. Funnell, 5. Helliwell & Grimes. Sure there are others, but we need to get this right.
If ever a football match epitomises a football club's season, that was it. Very few chances created AGAIN, bog standard opposition who did nothing to win the game. Arnold has brought nothing new to the table. Another Saturday, same old shit. @granthamtownfc
@RetroGTFC@granthamtownfc end of october we have a glimmer of hope of staying up and building a young squad,by christmas we're relegated and looking for a scapegoat, nathan has got his team of loanees playing good football at times but we are back to square one squad wise for next season
Let's be honest, we were down at Xmas, but we had a chance to win a game today. Olivant with zero game management acumen. Could have given ourselves a shot, but as usual inability to see a game out costs us. Are we progressing, or getting worse under Arnold? @granthamtownfc
@RetroGTFC@granthamtownfc wonder how many points our three managers have each earned, one trying to build a team, one trying to buy a team, and another borrowing a team
Walsall Wood dropped out the league in mid-October. I think @granthamtownfc in March are still behind their points total!!! 5 months of games we have played since, 5 months! And still behind them.....just embarrassing.
2 home games, no goals, virtually zero chances both games @granthamtownfc We need to win games FFS. So today we start with a back 8 & a lone striker? I get not conceeding but we need to win games! And score goals. Worst attacking team I have seen in last decade. Create nothing!
@RetroGTFC@granthamtownfc totally agree mate we don't create that many clear cut chances so desperately need someone who is capable of converting the ones we do
Thought @granthamtownfc gave Corby too much respect 1st half tonight & got played off the pitch.Much better 2nd half though closing down quicker. Mason missed a great chance. A bit unlucky with their goal. Good crowd in. And still desperate for a striker. Good effort in the end.
Worst performance of pre season for me from @granthamtownfc Flat, lacked creativity & just not really at the races. No Muggleton & Munns not helping, but still lacking a goal scorer. Mason Lee not there & Rolt not seen yet. Not sure their keeper had 1 shot to deal with today.
@granthamtownfc I am not sure it is good PR for the club in general that management & players are suggesting a none togtherness & blame culture. Whilst I appreciate the honesty & it might well be true but lets not give other clubs that info & deal with things internally.

Gregg Smith & Brad Munns spoke after the match yesterday and Gregg had some strong words for the dressing room.

Match report quite simple. @granthamtownfc were a car crash first half. Defensively awful. 2nd half improved but game lost way before then. I can only repeat what i keep saying, pace up top is the way to go, & what did Brighouse have yesterday? It scares defenders. MOTM Bojang.
After impressing manager Robbie Nightingale in preseason, we are pleased to announce that Richard Black has signed from @DerehamTown. Richard is a towering centre half who will bring us much needed support in the back 4, Welcome to The Lilywhites!!!!
