This, ladies and gentlemen, is how TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) trolling is done. I started getting "Senior Benefits" calls to my other cellular phone. The funny part is that they called me after I had just finished typing up a motion for default judgment against their company (I had a similar conversation earlier in the month with one of their agents on 2-23-26 and sued them after that). On this recording, you will see how I string them along and get information from them, get a name that I can run though TDI, and then smack them with the fact that they have been stung. I wish I had gotten the entire phone call starting with the AI, moving to the human telemarketing agent, and then going to the person I ultimately talked to. If you want to make money suing telemarketers this is how you do it: have a cover story to make sure they will sell to you, feign interest, collect evidence on the call, then nail them. The good news is that I didn't have to buy anything from these people: when I finally got to the licensed agent, they gave me the company name (and I also have the name of someone I can depose if necessary). dropbox.com/scl/fi/w8700hs…

Today's VRA decision is intellectually dishonest and wrong. The conservatives basically said: Black people can vote for their preferred candidates, as long as they prefer the right candidates -- which will be Republicans. An absolutely mockery of the law and stain on the court.

I am so tired of diversity on the Supreme Court. I want it to look like this.

There is nothing wrong with joining the military. I was going down that path until a drunk driver robbed me of the opportunity. My advice, however, would be to choose a position that will translate to a good paying civilian job that won't be dominated by AI or H1Bs when you get out.

If the new Virginia map is struck down by the Virginia Supreme Court, they are cooked. The vote was unconstitutional, and it will most likely not be certified. Florida will definitely go through. If Democrats can’t pull this off in the midterms, the federal Supreme Court is already going to shoot down the voter rights act. There will be more redistricting in the south. There’s a chance Democrats can’t regain Congress in the next two election cycles and probably longer.
