From prayers to promises fulfilled. ✨⚖️ “And if one day I make it, Lord, it was You, not me.” 🥹 Working full-time while raising a toddler and reviewing for the Bar was not easy. I only studied at night while my baby is asleep. Most nights I’ll be awake from 10 PM–2 AM, then up again at 6 AM. I failed twice but rose on the third attempt. The hardest part was leaving my child for two weeks before the exams, the longest we’ve ever been apart. There were moments I wanted to give up, I cried every night, but remembering why I started and the people who believed in me kept me going. It was exhausting. It was scary. But God never left me. I took a leap of faith, and He met me there. Forever grateful for my family and friends, my support system since day one, who never gave up on me even when I almost surrendered, including my dear grandparents in heaven. It truly takes a village to raise a lawyer. This victory proves that if God gave you a dream, He will sustain you to achieve it, even if you stumble or fail along the way. God’s timing is perfect. Never early, never late. Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but the 7th has always been special: my child’s birthday and now the day I passed the Bar. I honestly believe that one big reason I failed before was the way I structured my answers. In the 2025 BAR, I made sure my answers had logic. I followed the ALAC format. I stuck to my answers and defended them (even when I knew some of my legal basis were shaky 😅). Practicing Q&A + listening to tutorials on how to answer effectively made a HUGE difference.

A peek into the desk setup of a WFH mom to a toddler, juggling work while reviewing for the 2025 Bar ✨ When I started law school in 2018, I resigned from my corporate job to focus on my studies. My then-boyfriend (now my husband) encouraged me to try working from home. I took on different WFH roles - project-based, hourly, whatever I could manage. He even bought me my first laptop so I could start. Looking back, that decision changed everything. WFH didn’t just help me financially, it gave me flexibility, especially when I became a mom, and allowed me to make time for studying. Just a reminder: working while studying/reviewing for the bar is possible. It all comes down to clear priorities and solid time management. ✨

🔟 Faith & prayer Every night, I prayed the Rosary. Every day, I went to church to hear mass. A day before the exam, I did Visit Iglesia. During the exam, I prayed instead of sleeping during quiet time. I felt God’s presence throughout. He never left me🙏
