@TohidMPharm The issue is the discrepancy between employment law and the NHS contractual framework (and RP directions). The PSNC need to take this into account during negotiations and the DH need to be held to account, pharmacies can’t all be expected to have 2 pharmacists or break the law.

Message to all locum and employed pharmacists. You WILL take your break. Your mental and physical health is IMPORTANT YOU are in charge. If a company refuses to let you have your break let us know. We will NOT work for any employers that think they’re above the law.

When you spend the evening complaining to a pharmacy that has randomly got hold of my sons prescription and delivered it. Fuming 😡 No consent, no authority, no accountability. Predatory behaviour. I’ve changed the nomination back to my normal pharmacy now @NHSEngland @PSNCNews

They have really driven Flu vaccination! Why not leave COVID vaccination to them & GPs concentrate on dealing with higher level healthcare needs? “ Community collaboration”
