Went to the eye-doctor yesterday. he said that the cataracts have made me basically blind in my left eye and the right is slowly worsening...😧 The good news is that I'm a apparently a really good client for lens replacement so we're going ahead with that in the autumn... 😀

Frankie 😭💔🌈 Frankie made it through surgery yesterday. Sadly afterward she developed complications. Her skin had been stretched so thin from the prolapses, her intestines were coming out. She didn’t make it. We are so sorry sweet girl. We really tried. Our vet & his vet father both tried to repair it, it was the worst prolapse they’ve both ever seen and it’s likely she was untreated for awhile. Mom has decided to pay Frankie’s surgery bill and cremation out of her personal savings. Any donations for Frankie will go towards another pup in need if that’s ok. She will join Oscar & others here. Below is Frankie. She did matter.
