DTDC Customer care representatives has been giving me a big runaround. By now 4 different agents have promised a resolution within 24 hours. It has been 7 days since the initial promise was made. You need to uplift your service levels.

They could have easily returned my keys and powerbank. Most of the things are in fine print which no one would read.

Idigo. Worst aircraft service provider. Been unaware that I shouldn't carry powerbank in check in baggage. These folks had enough time to return back the keys as well as power Bank to me in the aircraft. Had enough time. They chose not to.

They wanted to capitalise on the fact that I can't leave the flight. I know they will happily use my powerbank. Chor hai ye log
