This is how they actually think when use their incantation. The reason why Chud is so off putting to many Whites is because his actions are “uncivilized” or un-White/hightrust compared to how they would behave themselves. What they fail to realize is that we are under enemy occupation, and these are (relatively) uncivilized times. These black “people” do not have the inherent hightrust values that you may think they do as a “fellow human”. Like many others, Chud has helped to clearly prove that in his interactions with them. The only way forward is through. They cannot comprehend, and do not understand your civility.

The rule of law is not real. All legal outcomes are ultimately whatever your neighbors are willing to vote for.

There is no “DEI Exemption” to longstanding federal anti-discrimination law. Employment decisions based on race or sex can violate Title VII, regardless of intent. This includes: hiring, firing, and promotions as well as access to training, fellowships, mentorships, workplace events or other benefits.

"disparate impact" is one of the most damaging legal and philosophical doctrines in america. in essence, it says "you may not notice reality if reality is not to our liking." it's one of the foundational ideas of DEI, affirmative action, disparate charging and sentencing, and other such discrimination masquerading as justice. gone is the idea of equal treatment, equal before the law, and equal rights. in its place stands "no one may have rights and no one may be safe" because "if one group disproportionately commits crimes, then we must stop noticing and prosecuting the crimes." it's all of a piece. this is how you get decriminalized shoplifting, failure to prosecute, failure to hold felons despite dozens of violent arrests. these people hate the idea of "broken windows policing" not because it's oppressive but because it works. it rounds up illegals. it catches people out on warrants. it leads to a zillion other crimes being uncovered because the kinds of people who commit those crimes commit lots and lots of crimes. they are the sort of people who either do not care or cannot help it. you want to find these people and if the cost is "a few folks get fix it tickets for driving with unsafe windshields or expired tags" then fine. nearly all crime is committed by habitual offenders. identifying and engaging with repeat and recidivist criminals and, if need be, getting them off the streets is the only thing that works. they do not stop unless stopped. they just keep stealing, shooting, and pushing strangers to their deaths down flights of stairs.

LA City Council just told LAPD they can't pull anyone over anymore for expired tags, dead tail lights, cracked windshields, busted mirrors, illegal tint, loud exhaust, or missing plates. Why? Because out of 72,000 stops in three years, 86% were Black or Latino drivers. So if your car is busted, you're now invisible to the LAPD. Congratulations. This rule is intended to reduce discriminatory policing and build community trust.

I was part of a team that took one of these to trial during the Biden years. The chief offender said flat out on the stand that she fired him for being an old White man and that this wasn’t she wanted in that job position. It was so normal that genuinely nobody in the organization thought it was a problem to fire a guy for being an old White dude. We won, despite having a jury without a single white male, only for the leftwing State Appellate Court to toss the verdict because the idea that the law actually protects White men is unacceptable.

One of my friends works in boutique employment law in NYC, white male discrimination cases rule because instead of having to meticulously pick through years of performance reviews and correspondence for a hint of discrimination, you just subpoena emails and Ctrl+F “white men”

New York Magazine@NYMag

A white male New York ‘Times’ employee filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging the paper had discriminated against him by not giving him a promotion because he is a white male. On Tuesday, the EEOC, now controlled by a Trump appointee who has vowed to help wage the president’s war against DEI culture, filed a civil-rights lawsuit against the ‘Times’ arguing that the paper’s efforts to satisfy its diversity goals amounted to “unlawful employment practices.” The paper itself was first to break the news of the suit but did not name the employee who made the complaint. Reporters at the paper have been scrambling to figure out the employee’s identity, driven in part by bafflement that one of their own colleagues would sell out the paper to the administration, which has used tools of the federal government to attack the press. “This has been kind of a shitshow behind the scenes — people trying to figure out who the aggrieved person is,” said another ‘Times’ staffer. The release of the complaint on Tuesday narrowed the speculation to Bryant Rousseau, a senior editor and producer on the ‘Times’’s international desk who has been with the paper for more than a decade. I do not want a walkable city. I do not want trains. I do not want busses. I want a car that can take me anywhere I want at any time. I don't want to be dependent on transit schedules. I want to choose who I'm traveling with, rather than going for luck of the draw. I want to be able to control my own climate while traveling. I want to be guaranteed a comfortable seat. I want somewhere to keep my things during a day out instead of having to carry everything with me. I want to buy and take home loads of groceries too big to carry without having to trouble myself with delivery services. I want to go through drive thrus. I want to be halfway home from work and impulsively decide to go to a restaurant on the other side of town and just change direction immediately. I want to drive around a new city to take in more than I could on foot or on a fixed route. I want to do road trips where we make up our journey as we go. I want to explore my own city at will without any particular plan. I want to visit small towns out of reach of even the most expansive proposed public transit systems. Essentially, I want freedom.
