Miss Adamson led us through strategies to support literacy across our school. We had time to access the @DyslexiaGCC YouTube channel, and explored various resources. We also thought about our terminology to ensure a consistent understand across our staff team! #leadership #CLPL

We reflected upon expectations yesterday. In order to improve classroom learning, we need to ensure a consistent approach here first. Using the phrase “At Aultmore Park we…” is helping us to establish our approach! Looking forward to taking this to children next🌟@teacherhead

Staff engaged in professional dialogue around moderation yesterday. Almost all staff felt this had a positive impact on their professional judgement and capacity to engage with standards across levels. Looking forward to utilising our plans moving forward to enhance attainment!

We have a role model in @Miss_JSmith. Always learning, always striving for better, always challenging thinking. The children are very lucky to be taught by her and we are lucky to have her on our team. Her research and work around metacognition will enhance L&T across our school!
