Fired&Iced was open for 9 months in 2025. For 5 of those 9 months we made an operating profit. We've paid off all loans and debt (not investment, that one is different please). This is legitimately unheard of in the restaurant industry especially for a mom&pop shop like ours.

Ended October with all our vendors fully paid, all debt repaid, bought a generator... I am always in a panic about whether or not Fired&Iced is gonna succeed but we are really doing well. Like we've paid off all our loans in our first 7 months of business. That's insane!

Dropped my baby girl off for her first day of proper university today. It’s so crazy to me that my little angel baby is now a legal adult in university! All those cliches about time flying are so so true. I wish I had enjoyed her more as a child 😭😭😭😭
