People are going to get really confused when I tell them I was insulin resistant (borderline type 2 diabetic) before I started drinking 1.5 litres of orange juice a day. I’m no longer insulin resistant. It’s in your best interest, ladies and gentlemen, to realise that what you think you know about disease and nutrition is, at best, misleading and, more often than not, completely wrong.

Please, pray for me, this morning our newborn son was found completely cyanosed when I came back from work, he died of Sudden infant death syndrome. I had to give my own child immediate reanimation, I was unsuccessful in my attempt, my youngest child is now with God. My heart 💔

Good morning friends and prayer warriors. This is hard. I don’t talk openly about this often but I need help. Today I’m asking for prayers for my youngest adopted daughter Avery. My entire family has experienced years of complex trauma from one of our other adopted daughters, who has severe mental health issues. She is no longer in the home, but long term trauma doesn’t just stop when the source leaves. We are all trying to find our way back to “normal.” Avery is really struggling with the deepest trauma. Her sister’s rage and hate was mostly directed at her. She is having persistent suicidal thoughts and is currently hospitalized to try and get her stabilized. This is the second hospitalization this month, four times since October. Avery is my blessing. My absolute treasure. She’s incredibly talented, funny, loving, beautiful and crazy smart. She used to sing herself awake in the morning, like a little song bird. She used to be fearless, ready to take on any challenge with joy and absolute confidence. She was mighty. This has broken her. So I’m asking you to please pray for God to put the broken pieces back together and help Avery find herself again. I don’t want to lose her. Please pray for God to open doors wide that will get her the care she desperately needs but is currently out of reach. And please pray for the complete removal of all damaging influences on her heart and mind. We love her so very much and want so much to see her defeat this and grow into her full, beautiful potential. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
