The very idea of a White Australia is an evident existential threat to the establishment and the subversives who feed on our nation’s decay and destruction. Our so-called “Liberal Democracy”, which so many hold dear, has banned and prohibited political collectivisation and representation for the founding European stock of this nation, its native population. This should serve as a stark lesson and warning to other Western states. The regime has played its hand. It has shown it has no genuine intention of upholding its liberal democratic values or its own processes. I hope they do, so we can continue to advocate and organise politically within the realm of peace and parliamentarianism. The issue is ego. Some won't surrender it; they'll be left behind, frankly speaking. I like the saying, "you can't have too many chiefs and not enough indians". Everyone wants to be a chief, but undervalues the role of an Indian. People need to fall in, fall in behind Thomas, Hersant, etc, leaders who have proven themselves. If you want leadership or possess the predisposition for it, you'll naturally find your way through the ranks and into positions of responsibility. Everyone believes they inherently deserve it; only a good soldier makes a good leader. You can't be a leader without taking up the struggle. You can't win without taking up the struggle.

@ghostofnobodys Lodged, simply not processed. AEC does not publicly list applications immediately upon lodging. They only publish them after passing initial assessment (which is currently paused until after 10 July due to the by-election).

He said nothing about it being rejected. You're right about the by-election, though, which means the application could only have been processed after the 10th of July - (AEC must stop processing new party registrations during election periods under the Electoral Act) Applied - Not registered. Since it's been designated as a hate group, it essentially puts the liberal democratic process of registering a political party under "White Australia" defunct and illegal. AEC can still process. AEC is ideologically-blind by law, but continuing to organise, recruit members, verify supporters, or operate the "party" risks criminal penalties (up to 15 years) for anyone involved in supporting/recruiting for the prohibited group. Its a extremly fucked situation, legally speaking. For the organisation to process and continue in the electoral process without going to jail, they need to wait for the High Court challenge.
