GD Florio is insufferable about this retiring thing. Older coaches (and players) think about retirement every year. That doesn't make it a likely outcome. Teams + front offices cover all their bases by assuming the worst case scenario and have plans in place in case that happens.

We called @AmericanAir to ask about changing our return leg and they ended up just canceling our reservation. Eventually got my ticket back but now my wife doesn’t have a reservation. We fly in the morning. Should be a fun night of arguing with them on the phone. Wish me luck.
