as a woman, you need to forgive yourself for men you entertained when you had low self esteem.

@masha_slp When you’re hard to shame, it’s much harder for anything to pull you down. You become difficult to shame because you truly know yourself and you’ve learned to tune out the noise.

I highly recommend for women and girls to be intellectually curious and difficult to shame
