Remember the days when your house made more money for you in a year than you did at your full time professional job ? And that no one questioned this as absurd or unsustainable… Well the next part in the cycle is your houses loses more for you over a year than you make in your full time job

@bowtiedstocks Yeah feel free to use it. Or use it as a base for further analysis. I saw a lot of interesting spikes recently... Try "cheap food".

I’m surprised a bit by just how high some private school fees are in Brisbane today Many many schools north of $30k + a year in fees or around that mark No tax deductions for these costs either, it’s all post tax money So for high earners, that’s $60k a year per kid of pre tax earnings 3 kids there’s $180k before you get out of bed, clothe or feed them Can keep people running on the hamster wheel for a long time You can also see how what sounds like a reasonably good salary disappears pretty fast

@OtitoNosike He sees the world and humanity in reality. And is 100% honest in what he sees when he speaks. No sugar coating. That’s why people hate him, and people love him.

I have never understood, and still do not understand, why people loathe Jordan Peterson. For me, he is the most compelling philosopher of the 21st century. His ideas have reshaped how the modern man, particularly in the West, sees himself. And this is not even limited to the West. Any sensible young man can recognize the value in his thinking; lessons that, if practiced as he presents them, have the power to turn one’s life around.

@bowtiedstocks Gold near all time high is a red herring. Hahaha. Gold has no top because fiat has no bottom.

A lot of people asking me where do you put your money today with the following backdrop: - Aussie propadee in bubble land just waiting for a pin prick - ASX 200 on 22x peak trailing earnings - US S&P 500 on 26x peak trailing earnings - AUD holding up well to date around ~ US 70c - Gold price near all time high I’ll do a Substack write up soon on what I’m personally doing amongst all this

@WeaverBask @lporiginalg Ok let's look at it this way... To help you understand the meme. Would Daily Wire shareholders be happy with this graph? Would Ben Shapiro be happy with this graph? "Yeah but SOME pit bulls DON'T eat children!"

@Noticing_Gk2v @lporiginalg The obsession with 6'0 isn't biological. It's entirely status driven. Women want to be able to brag about his height to other women. An average 5'4 woman can't tell the difference between 5'11 and 6'0 but 6'0 sounds better There is no equivalent hard cutoff in metric countries

These “temporary” fences surrounding Darling Harbour are because 34-year-old Irishman Brendan Hickey fell in and drowned in 2014. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.25.

@AussieFirstGuy It is a Jewish service, funded by Jews, for the Jewish community, no one is saying is not, however if you live in a suburb where they are based you are welcome to use them too. It’s not complex.

Good morning, day two in the aftermath of the Ambulancecaust, life simply hasn’t been the same since the tragedy. Every time I see a Jewish ambulance I burst into tears, so overwhelmed with happiness that they escaped the horrors of false flag Islamic extremist groups setting them on fire. First, they came for the ambulances, and you did nothing. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

@seraphya @twotsalot123 @DrewPavlou You are not good at analogies. Its an attack on Sikhs if the police investigation shows that it was. This was an attack on vehicles. With no one in them. The motive is unknown. But thanks for the precognition. Anyway. This was bad optics.

@AussieFirstGuy @twotsalot123 @DrewPavlou Ok, but you would understand that even though no one cares, it actually still would be? Or sikhs, they love handing out free food to everyone, if someone firebombs their food truck that was serving firies at a bushfire basecamp, that is an attack on Sikhs not firefighters

@AussieFirstGuy @twotsalot123 @DrewPavlou Because if you throw a bomb at a soup kitchen run by a Christian organisation that gives food to everyone from a church basement then it is a attack on Christians. Does that analogy help you?

@AussieFirstGuy @twotsalot123 @DrewPavlou But it actually is true, hatzalah in Melbourne answers all calls in their area of operations, they don't ask the religion of the person who called. If you are in the area hatzalah operate in and you suspect cardiac arrest call hatzalah after 000 as seconds matter for AED
