@TadDorsey1 And to that point, there have already been more people affected by the coronavirus (by being laid off) than people who will get sick in the U.S.

@AustinAhrendt Yes we are creating a massive problem. There is no perfect solution. The economy will need to restart at some point, that's for sure. I've seen financials for companies in March and it isn't good I'm just hoping we've made some progress at slowing the spread by that point.

The world is overreacting about the coronavirus. The U.S. is destroying the economy to “save” lives. “Flattening the curve” is only delaying the inevitable

@TadDorsey1 All I know is that the more people that get laid off, the more outrage there will be. I think we’re creating an even bigger problem (purely an opinion) - guess we will know soon enough

@AustinAhrendt Delaying the inevitable gives time for healthcare workers to be better protected. That's always been a main goal of flattening the curve. Right now we're not in position to deal with a massive influx of severe cases. Hopefully by the time things restart we'll be ready!
