@AustinCapsey That’s a possible explanation for why people get it wrong. But it’s time. From tempus. 🤔 And how has the wrong version become so prevalent that 50% of people say it?!

Ok folks. This is one that drives me nuts. 🤪 How do you say “temporal” as in “temporal resolution”. Capitalisation means emphasis. (Hint: there is only one correct answer!!)

@fortiain Just based on the spelling, I guess, considering similarly spelled words “poral” (as in relating to the body pores) and “temperature”.

@mouthofmorrison @Harry__Stranger With Legion still yet to launch it worries me that WorldView-2 & -3 are both past their planned lifespans. At 14 years old WV-2 is nearly TWICE that. Seriously impressive but won't live forever.

You can put this picture on a calendar or a tshirt, or incorporate it into a scientific article and publish it, and make money from it. And pay us nothing. Our standard license is Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0), which means that you can do most anything with our imagery, including remixing it, reselling it, publishing it, sharing it, etc. as long as you attribute it to Umbra.
