@damianplayer the Ralph loop is only as good as the planning for the Ralph loop. I’ve spent hours on fine tuning the prd and the eventual prd.json to size it right. Also find getting other model input is helpful for refining.

I have a skill in Claude Code at the user scope level called session-summary. It uses a defined template to capture what Claude & I worked on in a session, captures how long the session lasted, and then gives a time estimate for how long it would have taken if done manually. It writes to a folder I keep in obsidian, and updates the daily file for every session. It’s a way for me to really track the value I’m getting from Claude Code, and I LOVE it.
