It's obvious the photos were stolen from my device remotely because they were selfies. Stalkers are always looking for updated photos of their targets.
I mean how else are they literally doing to just vanish right there on the screen?

@jewiss Hi Connor. Tools previously found in Utilities have moved to new homes. To review items that count towards your storage, you can use the storage management tool, which helps you review items you might want to delete, like duplicate photos.
