It's one or the other. Either the bill is the largest tax cut in history, and massively increases the deficit and the national debt, or it doesn't cut income taxes for the vast majority of Americans. It can't be both. It's not Schrodinger's Tax Cut.

This is remarkable. In the tweet on the left, Stephen Miller says the reconciliation bill will be the "largest tax cut in history." In the tweet on the right, Miller says the bill doesn't cut income taxes, but just keeps them the same (and so doesn't increase the deficit).
