@AustinWater Can't seem to reach anyone, after numerous attempts (972-0000, 311) to get bulk water from a fire hydrant/metered to refill a pool. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Starting Monday, Nov. 17, Morrow St. will be closed day & night between Grover Ave & Tisdale Dr. to replace a leaking pipe underneath a section of Cap Metro track. Please follow all traffic signs carefully. This project should not cause interruption to water service.
