We kept TELLING these dumb fucks to pass the SAVE Act. Paxton even offered to drop out if they would just get THAT done. They laughed and dropped $125 million figuring they'd fuck us on the SAVE Act and easily turn back Paxton's challenge and save Cornyn's dependable GOP UniParty seat. Well...who got fucked tonight?

@TeamCornyn No. You haven’t delivered election integrity in 24 years. Why would I rehire someone for another 6 years that hasn’t done the job he was hired to do for 24 years? ✅ Ken Paxton

People ask me: why does it matter that an algorithm was used? Here's why. The algorithm is the confession. Accidental code does not produce identical floating-point signatures across counties in different states. It does not replicate the same algorithmic fingerprint in Texas and Utah. Accidents don't have architecture. This does. In law this is called mens rea — criminal knowledge or intent. Someone wrote a specification. Someone implemented it. Someone tested it. Someone deployed it. You don't get these patterns by accident. You get them by design. "But what if it was just a bug? Legacy code? Incompetence?" Here's the problem with those arguments: the system was also doing things it was legally prohibited from doing. Generating synthetic records. Fractional IDs. Hidden data structures. So which is it — criminal design, or compromised critical election infrastructure? Both answers require the same response. In security, this is foundational: incident response is cause-agnostic. A data integrity failure is a data integrity failure whether someone built it on purpose or stumbled into it. The required response — investigation, remediation, disclosure — is identical either way. HAVA doesn't have an intent exception. If the system produces records it isn't authorized to produce, the system is non-compliant. Full stop. So the "it was just a mistake" defense doesn't open a door. It opens a different — and equally serious — one. Either someone built this to do what it does. Or someone deployed certified election infrastructure they never verified was clean. The algorithm is the confession. And even if it weren't, the damage is the same.

Karen Bass just violated election law here. She is so accustomed to breaking the law with no accountability, she even filmed herself doing it. Well, those days are over. We just filed a formal complaint for illegally gaming the election. We must protect our democracy. Electioneering within 100 feet of a ballot box is AGAINST THE LAW. Soliciting votes at a ballot box is AGAINST THE LAW. These clear violations show a reckless disregard for the rule of law and our democratic process. Someone in a position of power should be especially respectful of our democratic laws, but this is just emblematic of Karen's mafia-like regime. It's "rules for thee, but not for me". Here is the formal complaint we filed this morning. We will uphold the rule of law and our democratic norms. Enjoy your conference calls with your lawyers, Karen!

@BjornLomborg How much of the climate alarmism is driven by 🇺🇸 interest versus European interests? I was floored to learn how many Europeans die annually from heat and cold. IIRC it was like 60K people died in the summer and 360K died in the winter. That’s not climate, that’s a policy choice.

An Inconvenient Truth for climate alarmists: Al Gore’s dramatic climate warnings shaped a generation — but 20 years later, the data tell a very different story. Climate-related deaths are down 97% over the past century, polar bears more than doubled since the 1960s, and global burned area has decreased by more than 25% over the past quarter century. That's hardly a success of climate policy though: fossil fuels still provide 81% of world energy, emissions keep rising, and $16 trillion+ spent on green policies since Gore's movie came out hasn’t changed the trajectory. A good reminder that panic is a terrible policy adviser. newsweek.com/data-vs-drama-…

California Democrats are so corrupt Chad Bianco seized 650,000 ballots because 46,000 ballots appeared out of nowhere and he wanted to investigate - California Attorney General Rob Bonta contacted him and told him not to investigate, he refused - So AG Rob Bonta took him to court, the court sided with Chad Bianco - AG Rob Bonta took it to the court of appeals, it failed. They threw out the case and sided with Chad Bianco It should have stopped there but it didn’t “So now he's gone into civil court to sue us. And unfortunately, the Superior Court judge who has already ruled on this, that told us to count the ballots, now that there's a civil case, he is not allowing it anymore” Let me remind everyone that all Chad Bianco wants to do is very accuracy because tens of thousands of ballots seem to not belong The only goal was to physically hand-count the ballots to verify the totals and investigate potential fraud, machine issues, or human error Democrats are going to great lengths to stop a hand count…. Why? We all know. Democrats are rigging elections

Texas, today you have a real shot at defeating TWO anti-MAGA RINOs: John Cornyn is facing @KenPaxtonTX. Chip Roy is running against @mayes_middleton for Attorney General. Never forget: both Cornyn and Roy spent years working against Trump and actively tried to defeat him in 2024. They both need to go! Get out and vote for the MAGA candidates NOW!

Everything about the Left is fake. Once you understand it, everything make sense. >Eat the rich... from your mansion >Save the planet... from your private jet >Everyone is racist... while you fund the racism. >Billionaires are evil... unless you fund our candidates. >Words are violence... but my violence is actually speech >Wrong pronouns are assault... but burning a courthouse in a protest is mostly peaceful >We love immigrants... unless you send them to Martha's Vineyard then we call ICE too >Democracy is sacred... unless we lose, then it was stolen by Russia, misinformation, or Elon >Diversity is our strength... unless you're a Black conservative, then you're a race traitor who needs to be destroyed >Tax the wealthy... while your foundation, your trust, and your three LLCs are structured specifically to avoid paying a dime of it >Capitalism is oppression... posted from an iPhone, on a platform worth a trillion dollars, while wearing merch sold through the your merch store linked in your bio It's all fake, it's all performative and should be endlessly mocked into oblivion. Give them zero comfort. The doctrine is always designed so the cost lands on someone else. The cashier pays for your protest. The suburban parents pays for your sanctuary city. The trade school kid pays for your student loan forgiveness. The taxpayer pays for your foundation's tax shelter. The working mom pays for your gas stove ban. The factory town pays for your Green New Deal. The girl on the swim team pays for your pronouns. The cop's widow pays for your bail reform. It's a massive, evil, cost-transfer operation that pretends the evil they are pushing, is moral. ...and it's just evil

@ThomasEWoods @Shawn_Farash Tell me more about how Massie said he would limit himself to three terms and he was just booted after trying to get elected for a seventh, and in the 11th hour of campaigning shenanigans, he implied that a 2022 endorsement from Trump was a current endorsement🤣

Thomas Massie said... and I quote: "If I lose on May 19th, I am not doing any more government ever." If that is the case, why is he filing to run for Federal Office in 2028? Because Thomas Massie is a liar, and Thomas Massie is a grifter.

The left always wants to show clips of chaos from outside the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, which started after the Feds and cops went after the peaceful protesters... those dirty cops deserved it. They never show this video from January 6th, 2021, which clearly shows Capitol storming insurrectionists entering peacefully through an open door and in a single file line… weird.
