LEGAL ASSISTANCE NEEDED ๐จ
Justin Nazaroff, CEO of @FenixAmmunition, is using my likeness without permission on his productsโ bullets.
The veiled threat is paper thin and not lost on me. My health and safety are at immediate risk.
Iโm a disability advocate who shares information about the ongoing pandemic. My advocacy upset Justin so much that he harassed me in multiple posts to his 130k followers, using the R-slur multiple times, mocking my intelligence & appearance, and now using my image on his products without my permission.
Iโm a disabled person in poverty and canโt tackle this alone. I didnโt know my online presence was so triggering that an insecure CEO needed to steal my image for his own profit.
I need help.
Please share this post in hopes that someone will be able to help me resolve this swiftly.

Christmas is basically an annual executive function competition isn't it? If you can successfully juggle all the things, you win. #ActuallyAutistic

@kadamssl Thank you. It's not just brunch, it's relationships, healthcare, special interests and so on. And knowing that most of the world is just fine with leaving us behind.
English

@Autistic_Lia I'm autistic because I don't know what to do with this anymore

@theBrianaMills I am so grateful for my therapist who doesn't gaslight me about covid, chronic illness and neurodivergence. The covid conscious therapists list is brilliant. Thank you to whoever put it together.

@TicsnTatts Taking time to rest and recover is absolutely essential. It's not being lazy.

@ValerieJay16 Annie Lennox did an Instagram post recently advocating for masks.

@catladyactivist I watched a YouTube video the other day of nurses working in a children's ward in 1948. They were wearing masks. I don't understand why people think this is new.

@cloudpup_ There's also a third option here, which is to text them saying you have something important to tell them, and ask them whether they'd like it in a text or if they'd prefer to meet.
It sounds like you'd both be happier with text though.
English

@cloudpup_ Unless it was someone I'm really close to I would prefer text, because text allows me time to process and think before responding. Plus I write better than I speak.

@theBrianaMills We got a glimpse in 2020 of what real disability inclusion could look like, and I naively thought it might be the beginning of a big societal shift. But nope, people gleefully threw it away as soon as they could & doubled down on their ableism instead.

@Tweettwoo0 What about *your* bodily autonomy to not be exposed to an airborne pathogen? Ugh. I'm so sorry. "You do you" is meaningless when we are at the mercy of other people's choices ๐
English

@AutBrainDump It's so difficult because I've been willing to compromise by dining outdoors, and then when I ask my husband to wear a mask to go inside to the toilets he loses it that I'm trying to override his bodily autonomy. I'm like, dude, I just want to feel safe ๐

Do you ever guess what facial expression to make to hide your slow processing speed, but then your brain catches up and you realise oh shit I made the wrong one? #ActuallyAutistic
