THE TRUTH: Bartarti Gabbard Faces Charges Involving LURING Children Tulsi Gabbard’s older brother, 55-year-old Batarti Gabbard, is facing criminal charges after Honolulu police say he allegedly tried to lure several young children — including a 9-year-old boy — TO A HOTEL ROOM at a Waikīkī hotel pool on July 12. According to reports, he offered them money and gum, asked for their names, and wrote them down in a notebook. The children refused and he walked away. A woman later reported the incident. He was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree custodial interference. Custodial interference involves a person having custody over a child, of which he had NONE. Make THAT make sense!!! @Authentic369 There is a point in the video clip in which the camera focuses enough to see the individual bodies flying and their spacing changing as they flap around.
