$AHRO I don't want to sound like a broken record but I do. We are putting together a JV with A listers in music, AI and a platform that will monetize it our music and movie libraries. The ppwk btwn all the parties is voluminous, adding a finance package movie as fast as we can..

Putting together a joint venture in the capacity that we are doing would normally take 3 to 6 months for all the parties to agree to agree and finally sign something forward and pass the agree..... We are speaking to three different finance groups the original private equity group and now two other parties

Based on the structured financing package that I am negotiating it will be closer to 500 MM shares. More importantly, the people that will be running the digital opportunities are very well known and successful in the crypto and Blockchain space and part of that team is the creator of the "Music NFT"

$AHRO There are ZERO conversions that have occured. Again as stated last week. Cannot control or influence what somebody does with their portion of 2.5 B shares. One thing I am pretty dam sure of is that the 70 MM shares that have been sold will be a distant memory soon and a huge mistake IMHO
