Good morning friends. Wishing everyone a great and highly productive Friday. I want to share some updates on the projects I’ve been following closely. It is really cool to see how @wallchain is bringing strong communities together. They just launched a joint campaign with Youkies and it is a perfect reason to get active. To enter the raffle for Quack Heads NFTs you just need to go to the Quacks App under the Activity. Addresses tab and connect your EVM wallet holding the Youkies and a Solana address for rewards. The deadline is Tuesday May 19 so don't wait too long. By the way in the video my Snoozie and Youkies are together. They look absolutely fire. There are also some important updates regarding @useTria . While some people are waiting for the official Season 3 announcement it has actually already started. Retroactive tracking of all activity began back on May 6 so everything you do is already being counted. Instead of the usual XP we are now earning Tria Points. Hmm “Free money” is probably not the right word.. Most airdrops are not free, staight UPPP. They are user acquisition campaigns paid in possible future tokens. Now if the campaigns were bad, its not the users issues, its the team issue and the morron who designed the campaign. Users gave the founders: - wallet data - social data - referrals - Discord activity - X engagement - behavioral signals - proof of community demand - some times alot of google forms.. Then the project takes that traction into a seed round and says: “Look, we already have users.” and they’re not wrong. Even 1K active users can change the story for an early-stage startup. Because investors don’t only fund tech. They fund signs of demand. So the real question is not: “Did users get free money?” I would say Its: Who captured more value? The farmer who got an allocation? or the project that turned unpaid labor into fundraising leverage? Lets not pretend.. !! Both sides need to stop pretending this is charity. I always say this where ever I speak on Xspaces, asking people you just connecting your wallet or login into a platform, that you will never use, than 10$ to 100$ or even 1000$ leverage added to founder to use your data and raise funds. SO if you getting into a project / get involved for good, or just ignore.. and founders stop being morrons, if you ran a campaign you never gave those tokens for free.. One side u value and speak about data, other side you speak like data is useless..
