I reviewed the Surf + Hermes research on $ARROW and one finding stood out This was not a normal fair launch ARROW hardcoded 200 wallets into its contract before launch. For the first 10 minutes any buy from an address not on that list simply reverted One wallet bought 54,592 tokens 33 seconds after launch Not a theory it's in the code Some bought within seconds at very low prices. Later several of these wallets moved large amounts around the same time. That does not prove every wallet was controlled by the team. But it does prove they had access normal traders never had. The bigger question now is who funded those 200 wallets before launch. Credit to @prmakk for suggesting I investigate this

Both markets mature on August 30, 2026, with roughly 70% utilization and supply APYs near 4.00% and 3.90%. The real edge is the loss waterfall. Junior capital absorbs losses from dollar one, while Senior only gets hit after the buffer is exhausted. When the underlying strategy draws down, Royco also uses a roughly 21 to 30-day observation window instead of instantly turning short-term volatility into permanent losses. In the recent apyUSD stress test, Senior took zero loss because the drawdown never broke through the Junior buffer. That helps explain why TermMax is willing to turn these assets into borrowing power. It is pricing a credit contract with a defined first-loss layer, not just listing another yield token. Senior still does not mean risk-free. Losses beyond the buffer can move upward, while underlying asset risk, curator execution, settlement rules and smart contract risk remain. Exact LLTV, borrowing rates and whether the $1M cap applies per market still need confirmation. At the same yield, what do you check first the APY or the size of the first-loss buffer?
