I’m only really learning the rules and dipping my toe in the MLB for the first season, but I already get why so many people are passionate about baseball. So many teams! So many games!! What I love about it is that even if your team loses, you only have to wait a day for them to get back on the winning trail. I hate it when one of my teams loses, and I have to wait a week or longer to get a chance of burying the loss.

@nut_history I have met several of my baseball heroes. Harmon Killebrew, for one. David Ortiz, Pedro Martinez, Carlton Fisk, Xander Bogaerts, Bill Russell. Here are the ones I'd hoped to meet: Kirby Puckett and Henry Aaron.
