- I expect further downside unless bulls immediately reclaim and hold above 0.9651 and show strong reversal signs. Otherwise, the path of least resistance is still lower.
- Trade scenario: If there’s a weak bounce to 0.9651 or 0.9500, look for confirmation such as a bearish engulfing candle, pin bar, or breakdown on the 5m chart. If so, short entry near 0.9500–0.9651, take profit targets at 0.9372, 0.9175, and partial at 0.9. Stop-loss above the most recent swing high (above your entry).
- If price sweeps 0.9175 and immediately reverses with a clear bullish structure (like a strong hammer or fast reclaim), consider a quick scalp long back up to 0.935 or 0.9500, but only with strong confirmation.
- If you see a second high-volume flush down through 0.9175 without instant reversal, expect a slide toward 0.9 and possibly 0.8741.
- Wait for confirmation! Don't enter immediately after a big candle — let the market show reversal or trend continuation patterns (like pin bars, consolidation breakdowns, or lower highs on lower timeframes).

$LIGHT 3h Update: - With price currently weak and sitting just below equilibrium, my expectation is that we could see a further dip towards the 0.1601 support and likely a sweep into the 0.1486-0.1454 demand zone.
- If bullish confirmation appears in that demand zone (for example, a sharp wick down below 0.1481 quickly bought up, or a reversal pattern on the 15m/30m chart), a long setup could be taken with an entry at 0.1486-0.1454, targeting 0.1640 first, and next at 0.1662. Place your stop-loss just below the swing low or a key structure level.
- If price rallies to 0.1662 or higher but fails to push through with weak bullish momentum and forms a clear reversal candle, a short could be considered from that level, targeting 0.1601 and then 0.1486. Stop-loss above the recent swing high.
- If the price breaks and closes decisively above 0.1691 with strong volume and follow-through, then my bearish outlook becomes invalid and I would expect a move back towards 0.1755 and possibly to retest the most recent high.
