Unfortunately family life was very difficult for me. I didn't just mask at school, but I had to mask at home too. I haven't really talked about family life before because it used to be too hard to talk about, but this changed recently.

@Beth_Tastic @childmatters2me Restraint doesn't just create hypervigilance, leading to more stress related behaviour in the future (and more restraint), it also causes trauma which it can take young people a significant amount of time and support to recovery from. No child deserves that
