@smashytashy1 @Craig_ADHD I was that kid once has there been any good quality psychotherapy. You know managing the adhd asd life demands, structure, routine, understanding triggers especially SPD, signs of burnout and meltdowns how to manage the monotropic windows and putting in coping strategies.

@charleigh_gee All you have to do is care 35 hours a week. That leaves 77 a week to work a job or two for a few hours whilst your respite and care package or direct payments cover the care. A sleep in PA whilst you sleep for 56 hours a week will help you too. Why's your advocate not set it up?
