I thought that Twitter would be a good idea, but my anxiety thought otherwise!!! So instead I use Twitter to watch the world as that is all I can manage most days. My main focus is on Bedfordshire and mainly for work.

I want to help 1 million people make a living writing on the internet. So here's what I'm doing: For the next 48 hours, I'm giving away my 2 best-selling books for free: • The Art & Business of Online Writing • The Art & Business of Ghostwriting Why? Because I've spent 10+ years figuring out how to make money as a writer. (After I was told in college, "Nobody makes a living as a writer!") And since then, I have generated over $1,000,000 across: • SaaS ($1m+) • Agency ($5m+) • Consulting ($2m+) • Paid Newsletter ($2m+) • Self-Published Books ($1m+) • Cohort-Based Course ($3m+) • Low-Ticket Digital Products ($2m+) • High-Ticket Group Coaching ($10m+) So, yeah... You can earn a lucrative living as a writer IF you know how. Which is why I'm giving away my 2 most popular books (so you can start making a living as a writer too!). Inside these books, I explain: • Why you shouldn’t start a blog, how to find your voice as a writer, and the exact steps to build a daily writing habit. • The quickest way to monetize your writing (and get paid to network and learn from industry leaders in your niche). • The secret to making more money as a writer (so you can escape the freelance writer hamster wheel). And tons more! Comment "books" below and I'll DM them to you for free.

Bit early this evening. I have already had a shower and done my evening prayers from the daily prayer app. There was a lot of singing in that one which was nice. BBC iPlayer seems to have some older episodes of Pilgrimage on so I've got that on at the moment.

Well went to see the nurse. I waited an hour. Told by receptionist 3 times they had given her a nudge. Then when I saw her claimed she had only been told I had turned up. Not sure what's going on there. I ended up speaking to her for 40 minutes.

@RITB_ Yes all the time especially for mental health. Rather go to a private provider than be treated poorly in the NHS

Anyone have experience of paying for a test, consultation, or healthcare support (because the NHS either doesn't offer it or what is on offer is harmful ie MH) and a GP gets narked about it?

369 pages of DWP Bundle arrived today. For anyone that knows you’ll know 😱😰 This has to be one of the most damming and invalidating reports I’ve read about me as a human being. A few of the most surprising ones by the independent health assessor (telephone): “was hostile” “became more hostile” “has no visual disease” “lack of motivation” “no hospital admissions = independence” “driving license = insight and ability to keep safe” … it goes on and on 😭 Heaven help me! #PIPAppeal #DWP

@NessaSpratticus Yes. I started taking anti inflammatories. But a doctor wouldn’t let me continue and wanted to put me on an antidepressant instead. I refused. If taking anti inflammatory you need to take an anti acid medication otherwise they upset your stomach

A quiet scene from our morning walk … or should I say forced stumble! Significantly bugged by random but specific pain 🤨 in my other leg (not the leg under compression bandages) and neck/shoulder area… I have read a little about somatoform dissociation - and that people with severe trauma histories can experience medically unexplained physical problems. Can’t say I have ever knowingly suffered with this type of pain before. It is a strange and very distressing phenomena. At the moment am not getting any clues as to what this may be ie via NHS 111, and therapist not unpacking this until knows it’s nothing with a medical cause …. so this is my own deduction. I can force a giggle at myself realising that there may be alters - a Ness who is a pain in the leg, and another who is a pain in the neck … and hoping I don’t have a third one waiting to grab my attention … think you may guess to the unmentionable area 🤭 #SomatoformDissociation #ChronicPain #ComplexDissociativeDisorders #DID

@RoyalFreeNHS I can’t see how this would help. I have early liver disease yet there is no treatment or prevention support available on the NHS. Just left to sort things out by myself.

Study on early liver disease could have ‘profound effect’ on NHS The largest liver study in NHS history is launching this week. Around 42,000 people across the UK will be screened for early signs of liver disease in a groundbreaking trial funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). Led by Professor Emmanouil Tsochatzis, consultant hepatologist at the Royal Free Hospital and professor of hepatology at University College London, the study — the DIAgnosis of liver disease in primary care (DIALS) trial — has been awarded £3.4 million by NIHR. Early diagnosis could: ✔ Save thousands of lives ✔ Reduce hospital admissions ✔ Cut costs for the NHS Those at higher risk of liver disease due to excessive alcohol intake, Type 2 diabetes or obesity, will be invited for testing by participating GPs and a combination of three non-invasive liver scans will be used to determine the most efficient way to diagnose the condition early. Learn more about the study 👉 ow.ly/aMhs50XSno9
