Adobe has apparently started adding an entry to the Windows hosts file. It lets the Adobe website (And any website) to essentially see if you have Creative Cloud installed.
Editing this file at all requires admin permissions.

@inkfycreates I play pokemon games so much because I can stop in the middle of a boss battle and refill my water and get a snack and get distracted by birds and draw fanart and then remember I'm playing a game and go back and it's still there exactly how I left it

That's crazy. A lot of Turn-Based RPG enthusiasts I've met who have ADHD tend to like those games because you can stop and go at any time. You aren't punished if you lose interest or get distracted.
